Your Grasshopper lawn crew is fast, efficient and professional.  We will arrive on your property
to mow, line trim, edge with a steel blade, and blow debris from all paved areas. Same Mow Day
and same professional crew every week.

What to Expect:
•        Lawns will be mowed on a weekly or bi weekly basis as per our agreement.  (Exception: Unlike other Lawn Care Providers,
Grasshopper Lawn Care does not tie you up with a 8 or 12 month contract; we prefer to allow you the customer to tailor a
program that meets your lawn needs.  We realize that at the start of the mowing season, yards normally require weekly
mowing; we also realize that towards the end of the season they may not.  That is why we allow you to change our agreement
at anytime you deem necessary, all we ask is a 48 hour notice so we may adjust our schedule.)

•        We will do everything we can to ensure  your lawn receives service on the same day of each week; however due to
inclement weather we cannot guarantee this nor can we give a specific time our crew will arrive on the day of service.

•        Your lawn will be serviced during moderate rain conditions as long as drainage and saturation are not an issue and your
yard can be serviced without causing damage to your turf.  If the weather prevents us from providing service, your yard will be
scheduled for the following day; weather permitting.  If by chance more than two days have elapsed before weather and or lawn
conditions improve allowing service, your property will be skipped and service will resume the following week; however you
may opt to schedule service on that Saturday.

•        Please make sure that all gates remain unlocked so service is unimpeded.  If you require that a gate remain  locked at all
times, Grasshopper Lawn Care can supply a combination lock along with combination code for that gate at no extra charge;
thus guaranteeing access to your lawn.

•        Please remove all toys and debris from the lawn areas prior to your service day.  Grasshopper Lawn Care is not
responsible for any damaged caused by our equipment to those items left in the lawn area; we will use due diligent to prevent
any damage from occurring.

•        Grasshopper Lawn Care will make every effort to avoid damaging sprinkler heads, soaker and water hoses;  however, we
are not responsible for damage to sprinkler heads or hoses that are malfunctioning, not installed properly or hidden by
excesses growth.  

•        Please make sure that all pet droppings are removed from the lawn areas prior to service.  As animal lovers and pet
owners we understand the occasional “biscuit” but excessive animal excrement could result in an increase in your service
cost to cover our cost of equipment cleaning.

•        Any complaints regarding service must be submitted within 24 of the service, via http://www.biigrasshopper.com  (Rate
Us).   After 24 hours, we will assume that service was rendered and completed to your satisfaction.

Payment:  
We do everything possible to safe guard your privacy and the information you share with us; we protect our computers and data with
routers, firewalls, anti-virus software and external hard-drives.  Even with all these safe guards in place, internet access regularly
exposes computers to potential security threats in the form of Trojan horses, worms and spyware.  In recent weeks you may have
heard that “ALL COMPUTERS” are vulnerable to attack by Hackers, including Banking, Military, Hospitals and Utilities Companies.  It has
become increasingly difficult if not impossible to guard against these threats, even when employing firewalls and antivirus programs.  
So for these reasons, Grasshopper Lawn Care has disabled and will no longer accept credit card information over the internet.  We
apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but safeguarding your personal information is very important to us.  We will still accept
credit card and debit card payments; however, the initial gathering of this information must be transmitted via phone or in person when
we service your lawn for the first time.
To further safe guard your privacy and personal information all information you share with us, to include address, phone number and
email address via our website, is transferred within 36 hours to an external hard-drive that remains off line and then deleted from our
online server .
